Full Weekend Schedule
Friday, May 2 Arrival Day & F1 Trackside Experience Location: Trophy House Address: 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056 Time: 11:30am - 10:00pm Experience the excitement of race day from the comfort of our VIP trackside suites at your leisure. Drop off details and ride share information will be shared for your convenience.
Saturday, May 3
All-In Live Show Location: Pearl Ballroom at Fontainebleau Address: 4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140 Doors Open: 4:00 PM Ends: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Includes reserved VIP seating and open bar service before showtime.
VIP Dinner Location: Mirabella at Fontainebleau Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM Cocktail hour, seated dinner, and curated wine menu with the Besties
VIP Afterparty Location: LIV at Fontainebleau Time: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM Private seating and bottle service with the Besties
Sunday, May 4
F1 Trackside Experience Location: Trophy House Address: 347 Don Shula Drive, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056 Time: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM A thrilling conclusion to the weekend with premium access to the excitement of Race Day.
Trackside Experience
All-In will provide ground transportation services for VIP Partners from Fontainebleau to the Trophy House on Sunday. As parking on-site is limited, we encourage you to take advantage of this program.
As a partner of the program, you will have access to the Trophy House Friday-Sunday at your leisure. If you choose to visit the suites on Friday and Saturday, you will be responsible for coordinating your own transportation.
We will share more information around Trophy House programming, ticketing, menus, and ground transportation as we get closer to the event.
The suite schedule for the weekend is as follows:
Friday, May 2nd 11:30AM — Hard Rock gates open 12:30PM — Practice 1 4:30PM — Sprint Qualifying 5:00PM — Sunset concert 9:00PM — Trophy House closes
Saturday, May 3rd 10:00AM — Hard Rock gates open 12:00PM — Sprint 4:00PM — Qualifying 5:00PM — Sunset concert 10:00PM — Trophy House closes
Sunday, May 4th 10:00AM — Hard Rock gates open 4:00PM — Race 5:00PM — Sunset concert 10:00PM — Trophy House closes

Live Show Parking & Arrival
Valet is available at Fontainebleau. As this is a busy time in the area, we recommend arriving early to give yourself time to park, make your way to the conference center, and get checked in for Saturday's events.
VIP Liaison
Your group will be assigned a dedicated liaison for the week of the show. We will introduce you directly with your contact one week prior to the event and they will be available to assist with on-site requests, local reservations, and general information regarding programming.
