Allin HD ITV to be Included in $125 Million Regent Seven Seas Cruises Fleet-Wide Refurbishment

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, March 14, 2016 — Allin Interactive announced today that its DigiHD™ high-definition interactive television solution will be included in the extensive, $125 million fleet-wide refurbishment program announced by Regent Seven Seas Cruises on January 20, 2016.  Beginning with the Seven Seas Navigator in April, the suite refurbishment component of the program will feature Allin’s HD interactive platform, delivering an extensive library of Hollywood movies, on-demand guest services and real-time ship updates and information.  In addition to offering guests the largest variety of in-room entertainment at sea, the Allin DigiHD ITV system will enable guests to view the ship activities and events schedule, peruse the daily restaurant menus, learn about spa and fitness offerings, request amenities, and review their onboard folio from the comfort of their suite.

The renovations on Seven Seas Navigator will commence when it enters dry dock in Marseille, France on March 31. The project will be completed by April 13, when the ship embarks on a 10-night voyage from Barcelona to Civitavecchia, with calls across Spain, France, Monaco and Italy.  Following the dry dock, Seven Seas Navigator will spend the summer traversing the Mediterranean and late fall in South Africa.  The vessel will emerge essentially a brand new ship, with all suite categories, all lounges, the library, casino, boutiques, reception area, and signature restaurants Compass Rose and La Veranda having been completely renovated within the past two dry docks.

The Seven Seas Navigator refurbishment will precede the installation of the Allin DigiHD ITV system on the new and luxurious Seven Seas Explorer, which launches in the summer of 2016.

David Lehman, VP of IT Infrastructure and Fleet Technology at Regent, stated, “The goal of these refurbishments is to provide our guests with a consistent look-and-feel, no matter which Regent Seven Seas Cruises ship they choose to sail.  And this includes the advanced high-definition entertainment and interactive services that our guests have come to expect on a Regent Seven Seas luxury cruise.”

Similar refurbishments on Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner will be completed after the Seven Seas Explorer installation as part of the fleet-wide initiative.

“We are very pleased to be part of this exciting and comprehensive fleet-wide refurbishment,” stated John Troutwine, senior vice-president of Allin Interactive. “The opportunity to be associated with the world’s most luxurious cruise ships by deploying our industry-leading ITV platform on the entirety of Regent Seven Seas Cruises is a proud moment for Allin Interactive.”
